10:30 am to 12:15 pm | Registration, Putting Green, Driving Range
12:00 pm | Putting Contest & Lunch
12:45 pm | Opening Ceremony
1:00 pm | Shotgun Start
5:30 pm | Casino Night Begins
5:30pm to 7:30 Pm | Cocktail Hour and Appetizers
7:30 pm to 9:00 pm | Dinner, Entertainment,  and Awards

GOLF FORMAT
Scramble/Modified Scramble
Everyone tees off, goes to the best drive.  Everyone then plays their own ball till holed out.  Best two scores per foursome counts toward team score.

COCKTAIL HOUR & DINNER
Upon finishing golfing there will be a cocktail hour then leading into a dinner, Silent Auction, Raffles, Casino Night, and Awards Ceremony
